 Ordering and Shipping Policy

Thank you for giving Scrubs N Duds @TampaBayUniforms.com the opportunity to serve you.  Please read the following Policy to ensure the most enjoyable online shopping experience:

Orders

  • Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days.  Occasionally orders will ship sooner - other times it may take a few days longer.  We always make every effort to pull orders from our store stock.  In the event that a portion of your purchase is not in our inventory, your entire order will be shipped to you when the backordered items come in.  At times, you may receive a partial order depending on the expected delivery times of backordered items.  Partial orders will be sent at my discretion.  If part of your order is on backorder and you wish NOT to receive a partial deliver - please type "Complete order only" in the comment section upon checkout.
  • We ship to the U.S., Canada and many other countries!  If you are not able to enter your shipping address when creating an account please email us for more information!
  • We typically ship via USPS priority service.  Your shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the delivery zip code that you enter.  At any point, you may estimate shipping fees by clicking the "estimate shipping" tab in your shopping cart.  If you would like to ship via some other means, please contact us for other rates. 
  • Orders over $100.00 are eligible for Free ground shipping.  United States only.  All other countries - please use "shipping estimator" from your shopping cart for accurate shipping rates.)  Express and overnight shipping available - customer pays additional shipping fees.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any sale starting from the time the order was placed and up to, but not limited to, 15 days from the order date. 
  • Sales can and will be refused if the billing information used for acredit card purchase is incorrect, not authorized or fraudulent. 
  • It is your responsibility to supply a proper shipping address.  Our responsibility ends once you confirm your address and your order leaves the building.  We can not be responsible for packages once they leave this facility.  Customers may purchase insurance at an additional cost to them by adding a request in the comment section of your order...  Tracking information is provided to you and you may track your orders using the USPS website at www.USPS.com .  Once a package is "delivered", you (the customer) must contact USPS if you have questions or need to make a claim.  The receiving end USPS can NOT release any information to me (the sender) other than tracking information due to security policies.
  • 7% Sales Tax is charged for orders shipped within Florida.

Cancellations

  • Any cancellation(s) must be made within 24 hours of order date and time. 
  • Your entire order amount will be refunded IF the item(s) have not shipped within that 24 hour period. 
  • If the item(s) have alrady shipped, you will only receive a refund for the merchandise once it is returned. 
  • Shipping and handling costs wil not be refunded in this situation.

Returns

  • You must notify us within 10 days from when the merchandise is shipped out from our warehouse to you. Use the address below to notify us prior to returning any items! 
  • Retruned items must be like new and unwashed with the garment and manufacturers tags still attached.  All returned items MUST be in NEW condition.  This means that you should fold and properly pack items before sending them back.  We take great pride in the products that we sell and hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase.  Please take the same care with items that you are sending back to us.
  • All refunds of orders will be refunded back to the original credit card used for the order.  Any returns received after said 10 day period will be eligible for store credit or exchange only. 
  • A credit will be applied to your account once the merchandise is received by us.
  • If your original purchase qualified for free shipping but you return a portion of it, your refund will be less the original cost of shipping your order to you.
  • If you return items for the purpose of exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both the returned pieces and the cost of shipping the exchange items back to you.
  • Shipping charges are never refundable.  However, we will take care of all shipping fees for an item that may be defective. 
  • Should you wish to request a refund or need to exchange an item, please email us first at returns@tampabayuniforms.com.  Returns made without prior authorization will NOT be accepted.
